Simple! The first 90 days of the published web site is FREE! No charge for anything. After that a Service Contract kicks in.

See, we will design and publish a web site for you or your company at no charge for the work, domain name registration, web hosting, etcetera for the first 90 days after the web site is published. You must to agree to a ONE (1) YEAR minimum Service Contract on that web site serviced by our company, paying a monthly service fee, for a minimum of 12 months.

What the Service Contract entails is that we will provide Maintenance and Management Services for that web site. This could include corrections to text, adding pictures and graphics, changing names and contact information, correcting procedural and processing glitches that may come up during the Service Contract term. We will monitor the performance and functionality of your web site and make changes that will correct any issue on your web site. Only our company may make a Material change to the web site, if, by our investigation and determination, we find it is necessary to have the web site continue to be of service you you. You can also request improvements and corrections provided they do not materially alter the web site.  As an example, you might want the web site name changed. That would be a Material Alteration, that severely affects the outcome and intent of the original web site. Or you might request a color change to a particular web page. If the content is not materially changed, a color change request would be honorable.

At the end of the Service Contract Term, you would have the option to renew the Service Contract or terminate your relationship with our company accepting all responsibility for the Maintenance and Management of your Web site, including continuation of your Domain Name and Web Hosting Renewal Fees. Those would be the only costs you would be responsible for. That's a deal.

With our Service Contract Plans, the Domain Name (unless you provide your own) and the Web Hosting Fees are all included and paid for by our company during the life of the Service Contract. You have one low, monthly payment for the term of the Service Contract and that covers everything, for the term of the Service Contract.

We offer a Standard Web Site Service Contract (not e-commerce) for $49.99 a month for 12 Months. If you want the extended contract (THREE (3) YEARS or 36 months) and possible savings against future service charge increases, we will give you $5.00 OFF per month savings for that extended service contract term. That's a Savings of $180.00 over the life of the extended service contract. So you would pay $44.99 per month for the Extended Service Contract.

An e-commerce Web Site Service Contract is $89.99 per month for 12 Months. If you want the extended contract (THREE (3) YEARS or 36 months)( and possible savings against future service charge increases, we will give you $10.00 OFF per month savings for that extended service contract term. That's a Savings of $360.00 over the life of extended service contract. So you would pay $79.99 per month for the Extended Service Contract.

We will notify you with e-mail, SIXTY (60) DAYS before your Contract Expires, to decide whether you wish to RENEW your contract or the allow the contract to EXPIRE. You will need to notify us as to your decision, at least THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Expiration of your Service Contract, otherwise, we will assume that you will NOT be RENEWING your contract and we shall prepare to return your Domain Name and Web Hosting for your web site to your responsibility.
